Description: Beautiful raspberry colored silk taffeta dress & bonnet for your antique dolls! This is a gorgeous Bru styled dress with lots of antique silks, velvets and satins! All antique fabrics!! The front bodice has hand made pleatings, there are metallic threads and sequins. The waist has an antique velvet belt, with a bronze decoration in the center. The skirt has 3 rows of pleating in different colors and the last row of the skirt is totally different! Such amazing work has gone into creating this dress!
The back of the dress has buttons and loops for closure. There is a silk bow in the back of the dress.. The dress is lined underneath and into the sleeves.
The matching bonnet is modeled on my 17" tall Jumeau and it fits her fine. The bonnet is wired and so gorgeous on the doll as you can see!! It stands high on the head, as the bonnets did in the 1880's! It has all the same pleatings and antique bows as does the dress! The dress is 11" long, shoulder to shoulder is 5" across. Sleeves are 6" long. This dress & bonnet is One Of A Kind!! There is no more!!!
